where this happens, and attached the patch file for trunk to apply
this change.
I applied you patch to trunk in r1707626.
I also applied your second patch and sorted the list of MPMs for each
directive on that page in a consistent and hopefully better way (r1707627).
I will look into porting back both changes to 2.4.
