Hi Apache devs!

There are some patches waiting for a review, if you have any spare time to
check them and let me know your thoughts it would be really great!

Summary:

- https://bz.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=58744, clarification about
strong pthread mutex support in core.
- https://bz.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=53121, clarification about
deflate vs gzip for mod_deflate (this has been asked multiple times in the
httpd IRC channel and the httpd-users mailing list).
- https://bz.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=58771, ErrorDocument
behaviour for mod_fcgid (asked in the httpd users mailing list).

Also there is a bug (https://bz.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=57109)
related to the GPG verification example for httpd releases, it would be
great to know your opinion about how to proceed (change the docs or close
the bug).

33 documentation bugs still open, we can easily drop the number to zero in
the next two months :)

Thanks!

Luca
