Hello Lucien & doc-list: Yes having a nice weekend than you. Yes you are right as far as i am concerned with the parameters set as the image attached on my las email, the encoding runs perfect, and as you say, that's the way it will work for all latin characters as far as i know.
So, shouldn't we add this to the HOW-to contribute translating Apache documentation page? It will be useful for future contributors i guess. Have a nice weekend all.
