empty line between license paragraph and the line :

And i have tried to /clean/ up again and re build it but nothing
happends...

The xml source needs some change. There's a syntax or semantic
error (e.g., paragraph within paragraph).

I'm confused about this, it got the same structure as the normal /xml/
file; so i don´t understand what you are saying, i might be missing
