I am an apache user from mainland China and also a Chinese translator for many projects (Notepad++,moodle, xampp, sourcetree, codeigniter doc etc) I noticed that there isn't an error document in Chinese for years, and I made a translation (simplified Chinese/zh-cn only).
I just found this mailing list and I see this mail... It seems that there is already a translation. So what should I do now? Do a review for the current translation or try to pick up the better part and make a combination between these two translations? This is the third time that I have sent this email because my email service provider rejected the failure notice mail from the mailing list program without telling me. I'm not familiar with mailing lists and please tell me if I did something wrong, thanks.
