Hello, I have finished reviewing both of the translations from codeingboy and
me, and have made a combination of these translations, including the simplified
Chinese and traditional Chinese.
The process history of the combination can be viewed on this temporary github
repo: https://github.com/popcorner/chect
I also attach the patch file in this email, although I'm not sure if the patch
file is correct (svn seems more difficult than git). I see the LF and CRLF
appearing in the same file (maybe the fault of my Windows os)

As I'm not using traditional Chinese in my daily life (but can read it
fluently), there are something that I want to explain here about the simplified
and traditional Chinese.
Actually, simplified Chinese and traditional Chinese are just the same language
with different writing system. Traditional Chinese can also be used for writing
Chinese in mainland China, which means that it is just like the difference
between "behavior" and "behaviour" in English. People from mainland China and
Taiwan can talk to each other directly without any translation.
And there are some other differences. Most of the traditional Chinese users are
in Taiwan, so most of the traditional Chinese articles are using the words that
Taiwan people are accustomed to. The habit of using words have some difference
between mainland China and Taiwan, and can be easily replaced if there is the
list for them.
For example, wikipedia has only one main site for the Chinese language. People
from the mainland China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macau and Singapore all use this
site. Wikipedia has an automatically conversion system maintaining by the
wikipedia contributors which can let a person from anywhere create or edit the
page using its own expression once, and generate all the page for each location
automatically. It can automatically convert between the simplified and the
traditional Chinese and match the words for the target location. This system
has been working for over 13 years and more than 1000000 articles, and it works
well.

So I think that these translations for traditional Chinese can be regarded as
translations from the native users. I have fully checked them and compared with
2 different auto-conversion system, and I think the quality can be acceptable.

------------------------------------

p.s, I found an error on the httpd website. The "mbox files" link of the
"Searchable Archive:" line on the page
http://httpd.apache.org/lists.html#http-docs does not work.
The current link goes to
http://mail-archives.apache.org/mod_mbox/asf-wide-docs/ and return an error.
The actual link is http://mail-archives.apache.org/mod_mbox/httpd-docs/ .
Other "mbox files" link on that page seems to have the same problem.
I'm not sure what I can do for that so I write it here.
