Hello, I am one of the Japanese httpd users.
Now I am creating self Apache modules by using apr libraries in the job.
However, it doesn't look like there is no translation of documents of apr
libraries.

I would like to translate apr libraries to my language(Japanese).
Is it possible to create a project of translation of apr libraries?
