There is still a binaries directory on the ASF mirror system, however there is
nothing but obsolete versions in it.
I think it should be removed entirely.
Likewise the 'Binaries' link on the downloads page.
Instead there should be a paragraph explaining that users need to build the
software for themselves.
It could point to the platform landing page:
https://httpd.apache.org/docs/current/platform/
