In the current document of
"BalancerGrowth"(http://httpd.apache.org/docs/2.4/mod/mod_proxy.html#balancergrowth),
there is no statement about the range of BalancerGrowth. From the source code
in mod_proxy.c we could figure out that BalancerGrowth should between 0 and
1000.
So I suggest that we add the description of BalancerGrowth's range constraint
in the document.
