The Downloading the Apache HTTP Server section of our Download page ends with:
> If you are downloading the Win32 distribution, please read these important
> notes.
“important notes” labels a link to
https://dlcdn.apache.org/httpd/binaries/win32/README.html, which yields a 404
Not Found.
Presumably, the target document was removed when Apache stopped distributing
Windows binaries (see ticket #70076). I recommend just removing that paragraph.
