It is not the "Third-party" in the title which is superfluous, but the
"third-party" occurrence in the quoted sentence. Windows packages are just as
third-party as macOS packages.

To clarify, the problem is not that the page is incomplete or outdated. The
problem is it is incomplete and outdated *and* the reference says it should be
complete and current.

Thanks anyway, I already requested an account, but even if the system was to
work, I alone will not fix years of neglect, nor prevent the issue from
reoccurring or getting worse.
