#1386: Deleted records are re-inserted on unitOfWork->saveAll()

I execute this two lines:
$record->delete();
--> issues DELETE FROM...
--> marks record TCLEAN
--> removes the record from table's identity map, BUT it remains in the
table's repository
$unitOfWork->saveAll();
--> uses foreach(getRepository()...) which contains the deleted record
causing it to be re-inserted = BUG
BTW: I don't understand why there is the identity map and the repository.
Seems it's the same.
