The real issue is line 260 in Doctrine_Data:
{{{
$models = Doctrine::filterInvalidModels($models);
}}}
If $models is null, filterInvalidModels will return an empty array.
Should be:
{{{
if ($models) {
$models = Doctrine::filterInvalidModels($models);
} else {
$models = Doctrine::getLoadedModels();
}
}}}
