Something that would really help with fixing this is identifying what
changeset in svn caused the regression or even narrowing it down to
something between 0.10 and 0.11 or 0.11 and 1.0, and of course a test
case.
This "feature" that you were using isn't something that I think was
supposed to work or was supported because we don't have the scenario
tested in our test suite or documented so I don't think it was by design.
I will try and create a test case next week and try and identify what
changeset caused this.
