I changed it to hydrateAllData( ) as you said now I get:

Fatal error: Class 'MyProject\Hydrators\PDO' not found in
/home2/edited/composer/CustomHydrator.php on line 10
To what should I change the linke below?
        return $this->_stmt->fetchAll(PDO::FETCH_ASSOC);
