I had a small correction to the documentation (added 2 @JoinTable 
statements). The PR was committed very fast; thank you, Marco!.

But, the *documentation *in 
http://docs.doctrine-project.org/en/latest/reference/working-with-associations.html#association-example-entities
has *not *been *changed *yet. 

My question:

   - When will that documentation be generated? Is that done automatically, 
   via a Cronn-job or other script? Weekly? Monthly? Or is that done manually 
   and is it not scheduled?
   - Or is the online-documentation from another source, that also has to 
   be updated?
