Yes, I always limit direct access to all /includes/ and /themes/ folders with .htaccess and also add a line at the start of scripts that should not be run directly to die the script if blah constant is not defined then in files that should be run I define the constant first then require those files. I forgot how can I pruduce sql provided by doctrine. I'll look at wiki about this. But can you tell me which folders are for console-like commands that I can remove them from product package? I see I should remove symphony console folder too.
