Cache systems like apc, xcache, memcache are mostly on dedicated hosts and are not allowed on shared hostings. Would it be good that I provide the ability to use ArrayCache to my users if they don't have such cache systems installed? Or better to not use ArrayCache on production as well if they don't have any cache systems installed?
