Thanks, Actually I am trying to think in objects instead of tables. Nowadays thinking in tables is gone in history and for modern developments we must think in objects as you said too. But as about a standalone list of banned emails that has no association with any other entity, it's a bit difficult for me how I can think about it as object! Whenever you got some times to discuss, I appreciate your guidance..
