I assume you are referring to CRUD generation done by the SensioGeneratorBundle?

This bundle doens't support composite primary keys.

IMHO it doesn't have to support composite primary keys, as it's ment for a 
simple CRUD lifecycle. If you're using a composite primary key, that lifecycle 
so longer applies.
