There's a dedicated API for checking collection updates, since collections
are tracked differently from entities:

 - Doctrine\ORM\UnitOfWork#getScheduledCollectionUpdates()
 - Doctrine\ORM\UnitOfWork#getScheduledCollectionDeletions()
