I have found way to do that:

$sqlLogger=new Doctrine\DBAL\Logging\EchoSQLLogger();
$em->getConfiguration()->setSQLLogger($sqlLogger);
$em->getConnection()->getConfiguration()->setSQLLogger($sqlLogger);
