Usually in a OneToOne you define the join column only on the child entity.
In this case remove join columns definition from the credit entity:
$metadata->mapOneToOne(array( 'fieldName' => 'client',
'targetEntity' => 'Entity\\Client',
'inversedBy' => 'credit'
));
