I have 3 classes Person, Student and Teacher. Student and Teacher inherit
from Person.

I try to implement inheritance with Doctrine as is explained in this
link[1] but do not understand what are the steps to follow later. How do I
make when creating a child entity, at the same time, create the parent
entity? Do I need to embed a form of the parent class in a form of child
class? And if so, how do I correctly persist both classes?

I have read ad nauseum Doctrine page where only explain part of the
mapping. And I also read many pages on the topic and none is sufficiently
clear on how to apply the inheritance properly. I could opt for composition
but that would generate me some small annoyances . If the implementation of
inheritance in Symfony2 is so complicated , I 'll opt for the composition.

Excuse my bad English , but I'm Argentine and I only speak Spanish . Thanks
in advance.
