The more you do to make life easier for others, the more likely someone will try something out. Your example in the email is not easily runnable. If you had a git repo that someone could clone and then run the appropriate doctrine command (which you've documented in a README) then that would be the easiest way for someone else to see exactly the problems you are getting.
