The closest I got was listing fields that have foreign keys to other
entities, I couldn't find a method or combination of methods to do the
opposite.
$em = \ORM::entityManager();
$class = $em->getClassMetadata('\Entity\File\File');
var_dump($class->getAssociationNames());
