Title: Preseed example needs an update Status in “installation-guide” package in Ubuntu: New Bug description: the preseed example for 14.04 Trusty is listed as being for squeeze and doesn't appear to have been updated: https://help.ubuntu.com/14.04 /installation-guide/example-preseed.txt The preseed documentation could also use updating as it includes kernel 2.6 references, and doesn't give a concise list of options necessary for a simple preseed. The example is supposed to provide this but the option in the example are much different than what a debconf-get-selections --installer generates, which is a bit confusing to me.
