Dovecot SSL Configuration describes editing /etc/dovecot/dovecot.conf for
SSL.
To configure dovecot to use SSL, you can edit the file
/etc/dovecot/dovecot.conf and amend following lines:
ssl_cert_file = /etc/ssl/certs/ssl-cert-snakeoil.pem
ssl_key_file = /etc/ssl/private/ssl-cert-snakeoil.key
ssl_disable = no
disable_plaintext_auth = no
SSL is now in the file is now /etc/dovecot/conf.d/10-ssl.conf
dovecot-core 1:2.0.19-Oubun is the version installed on Server 12.04.1 LTS
and this web document does not match.
