Title:
'Editing' needs to be updated for Mallard

Status in ubuntu-docs package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  https://wiki.ubuntu.com/DocumentationTeam/SystemDocumentation/Editing

The system documentation home page links mallard to the 'Editing' wiki
page, which still talks about DocBook. It should be revamped since
  Mallard is now used.
