You have been subscribed to a public bug: The Shavian alphabet (also known as Shaw alphabet) is an alphabet conceived as a way to provide simple, phonetic orthography for the English language to replace the difficulties of the conventional spelling. It is mapped into the Unicode codepoints U+10450–U+1047F and consists of 48 glyphs, or which it may be possible to share four through rotation (Egg, Ash, Ado, On).
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shavian_alphabet There is an Ubuntu Shavian translation, thus the font should support the script in the long-term. ** Affects: fonts-ubuntu (Ubuntu) Importance: Low Status: Triaged ** Tags: uff-dm-new -- [48 new] Expansion: Include Shavian Alphabet Glyphs (U+10450–U+1047F) https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/646651 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Documentation Packages, which is subscribed to fonts-ubuntu in Ubuntu. -- Mailing list: https://launchpad.net/~documentation-packages Post to : [email protected] Unsubscribe : https://launchpad.net/~documentation-packages More help : https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp
