Update ubuntu-docs translations for plucky
Status in ubuntu-docs package in Ubuntu:
Fix Released
Bug description:
ubuntu-docs does not use Language Packs and we are after the Non
Language Pack Translation Deadline but before Feature Freeze so this
should be the final update for this package before Ubuntu 25.04's
release.
This is a simple import of translations from Launchpad.
