I'll second the proposal that both ODF and PDF files should be available
for downloading.

For most people, and most purposes, the PDFs are fine.

The virtue of the ODFs is that users can easily add additional
notes/documentation to their copy.  My perception is that having the ODF
makes it slightly easier for people to grok creating and using styles.
