Hi :) I think making the language codes "title case" (eg En-Gb) would be a bit weird as the are almost always written lower-case. People would automatically type the codes in lower-case and then not arrive at the correct page.

One little question: would it be a problem to name all directories starting with a capital letter? It doesn't really matter, it's purely a "it gets in my face" thing, and if you have reasons for not doing so or not wanting to change things now, that's fine. The only directories I see as better without a leading cap are the language directories, which had better comply exactly with their international codes.
