Regarding Chapter 5 of the Writer guide for 3.4.x; the screenshots for figures
8 and 9 do not reflect the current display in LO. The screenshots appear to be
a hang-over from OOo which didn't display the place-holders in the preview box,
for the stamp, addressee's and if selected, the sender's addresses.
