Is having two template paths something new in LO? One to a user folder,
the other to a shared folder.
It has ever been there. Only the technical realization has changed
sometime around OOo2.0.
I seem to have observed both having the Edit command switch template
folders and having it fail to do so. So, I am not sure what is correct.
As Alexander wrote, likely one of the current bugs. Do you have an older
OOo around, then try it there.
