What do I need to do to create an account?
The wiki help is closed for registration, you can't modify its content.
The reason is that the wiki help is only an upload of the online help
provided with the product. The online help is managed by the developers
and the l10n group and if you want to modify it you have to provide a
patch that will be available on git and then extracted on Pootle for
translation. We want to keep the synchronization between the online help
and the wiki help. And you don't need to be a developer to provide a
patch concerning the help, but the formatting is quite difficult to deal
with.
