No, we don't have a list, but you or someone can start one on the wiki. Without doing some research, I don't know what's already been done by others (that we could simply refer to).
My personal view is that how-to's are most needed for stuff that is not obvious, but a lot of people who launch into making videos do the obvious items first and then quit, never getting to the non-obvious ones.
