Hi :) It is pretty fantastic to have Impress as the first Guide already done for 3.5.x branch.
I don't think it's hugely important to take it backwards to 3.4! I guess it would be nice but Calc and Base could probably use some help and getting Draw up to 3.5 would help show off a few of the new features that attract a lot of the attention.
