I have updated Chapters 10 through 14 and the Appendixes and placed them in the Published folder on ODFAuthors. http://www.odfauthors.org/libreoffice/english/getting-started/published-lo-3.5/
I have been unable to add these files to the wiki because of some problem with the wiki. Florian says the problem is known and being fixed. Chapters still needing work are those on Calc and Writer. Any takers?
