p.258. Example 1: Bad numbering of list. Should be 1) and 2). p.264. "Scalable brackets can also be unpaired." This reads strangely because the "also" suggests that normal and scalable unpaired brackets can be treated in the same way when in fact they can't. It should read "With scalable brackets, you do not need a backslash."
p.265.
