I've looked at Chapters two and three again so they should be good to go.
I've revisited Chapter 1. Other than a couple of tiny errors I'd missed
it looks fine.

I've updated the task list on wiki to show you as having checked out
Chapters 2 & 3.
I've asked Jamie what the status of Ch4 is.
Which chapter should I look at next -- 5?
