In rewriting Chapter 4 of the Base Guide, I noticed that some of
the things in Chapter 2 needed to be moved to chapter 4. The Query and
Reports sections needed another rewrite. I just uploaded the Chapter 2
to the Draft folder.

Now it is back to Chapter 4 ... Perhaps by the end of the year.
