On Tuesday, Australia time, just as most of you are returning from your holiday break, I am heading off for 11 days of travel. During this time I expect to have little or no Internet connectivity beyond occasional pickup of email. I hope to get through a few more reviews of draft chapters before I leave, but as usual my absence won't stop the rest of you from working on v4.0 documentation. Please play nicely amongst yourselves and have lots of lovely draft chapters ready for my return.
