Hi Peter
I didn't use a good example in the question, though I tried to clarify it with a reply. I ought to have used something like Navigator in the question as Save can be a large button used with Cancel or others in dialogues. I do use "Click Save" when referring to buttons in dialogues. Sorry about confusing things.

Hello JohnS

I think it should be "Click Save", which is the way it is written in the user guides I have upgraded and Jean suggested.

Hi all
To have a consistent instruction across the documents, do we, for example, say 'Click the Save button' or 'Click the Save icon'? Is button reserved for such items as 'OK', 'Cancel', 'Apply' for example?
