Hi :)
It is possible.  Some of those chapters have been reviewed and proof-read quite 
a few times with few major changes.  Plus, if you did miss anything then they 
might well get corrected for the 4.0.0 and anyway if they didn't leap off the 
page for you then i doubt most readers would be deeply troubled either.
