Just to expand on that a bit... ODFAuthors is a website that is available to several groups if they choose to use it. At this time, AFAIK, only LibreOffice makes much use of the site. The team of people writing, editing, etc for the LibreOffice user guides are in fact the LibreOffice Documentation Team, using the ODFAuthors website for convenience. A small number of people (of which I am one) maintains the ODFAuthors website, sets up accounts for new members of the LibreOffice Docs Team, and so on. To further confuse everyone, the printed copies of the books are published by yet another organisation, Friends of OpenDocument Inc., which also publishes other groups' and authors' books. Friends keeps separate accounts for the various groups and individuals who use its services. Yes, the ODFAuthors website is primarily for the *production* of user guides and other documentation, not the distribution and sale (which are primarily done elsewhere). I'll look into improving the front pages to make that more obvious. --Jean -- Unsubscribe instructions: E-mail to [email protected] Problems? http://www.libreoffice.org/get-help/mailing-lists/how-to-unsubscribe/ Posting guidelines + more: http://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Netiquette List archive: http://listarchives.libreoffice.org/global/documentation/ All messages sent to this list will be publicly archived and cannot be deleted
