I have now published the final two chapters (8 & 9) of the Base Handbook for LOv3.5, and I will start on compiling the book.
Andrew Pitonyak's heavily commented version of Ch9 (Macros) is still in the Review folder; I incorporated his changes into the published version but left the comments mostly untouched.
