Criteria is NOT range.It's criteria, condition(number, text, logical value etc...), but not range. Range is defined 2 strings before thatand that is range on which CRITERIA is applied. Please check this, and ifI didn't understood this incorrectly, that description should be changed. Same goes also for AVERAGEIFS and COUNIFS function. Also, where is SUMIFS, AVERAGEIFS and COUNTIFS help? Couldn't find it.
