Hi :) Sorry i made a mistake yday and posted the error message to this list. I was trying to carry on the thread on the Users List but got muddled-up about where i was posting. [slaps wrist]
However, at least 2 of you gave excellent answers that will hopefully help the original poster far more than just solving the immediate problem. Renaming the User Profile is often the fastest fix for most problems that people run into and the link to the correct language website should also prove to be a huge help (as well as showing that English is just 1 language amongst many used in TDF) . Could you open LO and search for the extension? Could you delete the extension? If this doesn't work: Rename /home/spideywestland/.config/libreoffice/4 to /home/spideywestland/.config/libreoffice/4old It would work, but all your personal informations have been gone and must be imported from the renamed path.
