I have created a 4.2 draft folder and put into it a translation of those segments of the Base Handbook Chapter 2 that were not in the original translation. These are taken from version 4.2 (I thought we might as well skip 4.0). There are a lot of German screenshots that will need to be replaced by English ones and of course the whole thing needs to be formatted properly.
